Good location shame about the rest! 
The bar is located by the river and offers a nice location on a hot summers day. The actual pub itself is very run down. Don't brave the loos. This is THE Norwich city supporters pub so match days are a big NO! The quality of clientele is yobbish chavs at best! It does have beer though so not all bad.

Over rated but good food
Having heard all the celeb hype about this place I was very excited to be attending a birthday dinner here. First impressions were not good as the cloackroom staff were rude and argued about the length of the booking. Once getting upstairs another member of staff then confirmed the original booking times but failed to apologise for the previous error made by another member of staff. The service throughout was one of extreme haste and we never fully relaxed as we were constantly reminded of our time constraint. Designer water at £5 per bottle was expected but not the automatic replacing of bottles before we agreed. That said the food was of a fantastic quality and the menu provided non-hard core sushi fans with an alternative. £50 per head it was a worthwhile experience - just very very short of the expectation.

Poor quality
It has movies and is just another cinema. At close inspection it's what you'd expect... expensive, full of teenage twats and in need of a clean. What i didn't expect was to listen to building works going on in the mall throughout the movie. Had to argue for a refund from a snotty teenage "Duty manager" on a power trip. There are better cinemas in North London.

Review of Lucky Star Chinese Takeaway

better to travel further for more..
If you’re after Chinese takeaway you can do a lot better than the Lucky Star! For ease they are ok. The next best alternative is a 10 min drive away in Hadleigh so you can be forgiven for going here. The food is average and often luke warm when delivered or even from the shop. The fortune cookies are awful and the portions often lack enough meat. They sell chips with the meals which should indicate how authentic they really are! If any competition emerged in theVillage they’d soon go bust.

Overpriced dive
For a small gig venue I imagine this venue has some allure. For a club or dance venue this one is to be avoided. Full of underage drinkers and wanna be Pete Dohertys it become a place to be only for the smashed. Any level of sobriety will show this place to be the over priced dive it is.

Handy but over priced!!
This is your typical local shop. Has everything you need but you pay the price. Try and avoid for the last minute BBQ supplies as it will cost you £2 for 4 rolls alone!! Good for last minute booze. Great for the rich and lazy.
