However, if that expresion is all too familiar... back up and get in the bull ring, you can't afford an Armani suit and they don't like people touching

But the bars and restaurants are good on an evening

Can... you hear a piano?

No... but there is one

If you are attracted to bars that elevate themselves by using gimicks like a revolving grand piano... then go, it's grrrreat!

But, if you can see through these facades, then don't bother. The drinks are expensive and the people... aren't your people!

And if you are thinking... "hmmm i like pianos and the sounds that come out of them, i might just go anyway - regardless of what this synical roughian might say" ... don't bother, because you won't be able to hear it over the chattering of drunk people

I mean honestly, how dizzy must that pianist get!

Oooh, its loud!

Nice bar this, alittle pricey - but very comfortable and friendly

Only thing is, i've only ever been there on a friday/saturday night and i did think the music was too loud for such a small watering hole.

Thanks for the memories, but i don't fancy tinitus

A Pub

This is a nice pub done well

You can enjoy a drink, sit in the garden or tuck into an alright meal

It doesn't quite have the character of some pubs, but to go wouldn't be a bad decision to make

This is a nice pub where you'll find all the pub-like things you'd expect - done very well!

Plenty of room, a garden, drink, food, and friendly service...

Sunday Jaunt

Nice pub, everthing you would expect of one; drinks, food and garden in a sleepy village

Only a short walk downhill from the pub and you'll find a beach and nice views over the river Stour

Continental Drinks

If you want to escape the british way of drinking, you can find a continental watering hole on the docks

This is recomended in the summer, get a cool drink, sit outside and enjoy the clean air and funny looking boat people

Beer Garden In The City

This is a fairly standard city pub when you walk in, everything is well priced and a little shabby... untill you get into the garden!

In the height of summer, you would be excused in forgetting your in a city... theres plenty of green and its away from the stale air of the city

Expert Marine Electronics

This is a great little business, where you get anything from GPS' to VHF - With good advice!

The guys here are really experienced and know what they are talking anbout, they even do a fitting service as well as manufacturing Yeoman plotters!

This kind of one-one advice and guidence makes a nice change from the cardboard service, you'd get from the bigger outlets and companies
