Yummy sandwich shop 
Benugo is a sandwich shop popular at lunch time with people that work in the local businesses. The choice is great, and although the sandwiches are very rich and probably extremely bad for you, they taste great. It's also one of those only organic, nothing artifical places which is always good to know.

Cheap caff 
Bon Appetit is unique in Clerkenwell/Farringdon: it's a real working men's caff. Perfect for if you're sick of designer sandwiches and noodles and fancy a good old fry up and brew. It's cheap, cheerful and the food is fine. Bon Appetit is frequented by both builders and local businessmen, and everyone is guaranteed a Portugese family welcome from the owners.
