Don't be a grass !!! 
Re-laying the lawn for summer. Don't bother with seeding it...it can go so wrong, just measure your plot and order what you need form Bedford Turf Supplies.
They will supply utility grass turves, or quality bowling green type velvet turves to make your lawn the envy of the neighbourhood.
If you want to go the whole way they will rotovate and lay the turf too, at a price obviously but it will look sweet.
Just make sure you have no moles before you lay it !!!!
