A meal you will remember 
Thai Elephant is an excellent Thai restaurant (at the top of Leamington). The food is of really high standard and the staff provides excellent customer service. There are a lot of dishes to choose from but if you can't make your decision just ask the staff and they will be happy to help you. The deco is also very nice and reflects what Thai Elephant is about: great eating out experience.

Very Pleasant small French restaurant 
Eleven is located at the bottom of the Parade in Leamigton Spa, it not in an area that is already full of restaurants but the locals know where it is!
The deco is very warm and it has friendly staff. They do traditional French food, but nothing too complicated, just simple and good quality. They do a special set menu one day a week during the week ( I can't remember whether it is 2 courses or 3 courses but it is at least 2...), it is fairly cheap and again you get quality food . I would really recommend this little French restaurant.

Just Excellent Thai Food
This pub also has a Thai kitchen at the back and to be fair I have never tried the food in the actual pub since I always ate in the Thai restaurant and they do excellent excellent dishes. The staff is really good as well, always smiling. I used to go there when I used to work in Chiswick and I have to say it is the only thing I miss a lot now.
I would very highly recommend this place. BTW it is not expensive at all!!!!!

Nice coktail and food
Cactus Bleu is a really nice pub/restaurant in a not bad area (South Kensington!...). They have really nice cocktails and also really good food. I went there for a Valentine's meal and we had a really good time! Although one of the waiter was not that bothered about helping us out to change our table (we wanted a nicer one) the manager came along and gave us an excellent service for the whole evening. I would recommend that place for an evening out, the atmosphere is really good.

Good Place for a Night Game 
The Threehorseshoes is a pub located at the end of Headingley in Leeds. I went there for the European League Championship final (when Liverpool won in 2005 ) when I was studying at Leeds Uni and the atmosphere was just close to madness!!! It was a really good night with a very good bunch of people, most of them students from very different countries but with a common interest in football! The place is very friendly and they also do cheap food. Penny

My Favourite Restaurant in the UK!
Emperors is an excellent Chinese restaurant in Leamington Spa, Midlands (20 minutes drive from Coventry). It is a fabulous place!!! Simply because absolutely everything is perfect in there: 1The staff are all really good and friendly and very very professional. The level of service they provide is roughly the same you will get in top restaurants.
2 The food is also unbelievable!!!! I had a very wide range of dishes there and have never been dissappointed a single time!
3 Finally the deco is superb:. If you go there with more than 2 people I highly recommend you book your place in advance.
It is an ideal place for a leaving do or a birthday party but it is also good for a table for 2...

Tiger Tiger in Leeds is a great one
Tiger Tiger in Leeds is a great one for a few drinks and to dance. It is in the centre of Leeds (what a great city!!!!), they do great deals on Vodka/Red Bull drinks on Thursdays. They play very modern music which is quite good, they also have an other big room at the back where they play softer music. Really good place to meet with a whole bunch of friends.

Really good place to go for a Sunday lunch but not only
The Rose and Crown is a really nice place that does traditional British food but they also serve a wide range of tapas and charcuterie. It is located in the centre of Warwick (which is a lovely place itself). The staff is very friendly and the food is.............................GREAT! I have had several meals there and I had a Sunday lunch there recently and they served me the biggest and tastiest Yorkshire pudding ever!!!!!!! They also do an amazing chocolate pudding that is worth the trip!

Review of The Slug And Lettuce

Great one for a catch up
Slug and Lettuce is a very good place to catch up with friends as it is very very central: it is in Wardoor Street just near China town. The place is really big with its two floors that can accomodate many people.
They have really comfi sofas and they have just launched a new type of cider that has a pear flavour which is really tasty, i strongly recommend that drink!!
