Review of Vue Cinemas

Overpriced glitz
The Vue cinema is pretty much what you'd expect. Shiny, colorful and with lots of popcorn, nachos and chocolate sweets... oh and they show films as well.
As far as the screens themselves go, this is a good cinema. The seats are spacious, there's a lot of legroom and they are tiered well, so you're unlikely to be obscured by someone with a big hat, or big hair.
What I object to here is the surliness of the staff and how much they charge for kids to see a film.
I expect to pay around £7.50 as a adult now at a big chain cinema (much to my irritation), but I don't think I should have to fork out more than a fiver (yup, £5.50), so my 4-year-old can see a film at 11am on a Saturday morning. That's quite literally daylight robbery.
If you live in the area, go to Hatfield Galleria instead!

Review of Wenzel Veterinary Group

Overpriced and less than helpful
Vets aren't cheap - most pet owners know that, but you expect a great service for the price you pay. Sadly, my experience two times over at this group is less than good. From the extraordinarily surly and unhelpful receptionist (god help the animals, if she's as unpleasant to them), to the needless treatment our cat got twice over, and the extortionate bill, I can honestly say I won't be rushing back!

Review of Conrad Fox

Inefficient
In an area swarming with estate agents and letting agents. you'd have thought that it was important to pull out all the stops. Sadly Conrad Fox doesn't.
Having let a property with them more than once (although I'm not sure why I went back), I've found their red tape and unhurried attitude frustrating and irritating. Moving is bad enough as it is, without your letting agent making things even more difficult. If you're looking to rent in the Crystal Palace area, I'd choose someone else
