Review of Shogun

Great Food, Great Price
I have been a couple of times now and always wonder why I don't go back more often!
Located on the 3rd Floor of the Mailbox, this resaurant is truely authentic Japanese. The highlight? All you can eat sushi!
For £10 you can sit town and pick as many plates off the moving table centre as you like.
You can find all types of sushi here. Just watch out for the hidden Wasabi as it can catch you out if you are not expecting it!
This place is great for a sushi feast or for a quick dinner if you want healthy in a hurry, simply grab your chopsticks and off you go.

Review of Caffe Uno

Another Italian
Yet another chain of Italian restaurant. However this one does benefit from a lovely location and a very cosy feel once you are inside.
I went with a friend and we shared a starter which was a generous sized pizza bread topped with rocket and caramalized onions. It was lovely but a little too much for one.
As a main couse I order the chargrilled salmon which had a lovely flavour and was served on a generous amount of baby potatos and a token amount of green beans!
Not bad. But it is still Pizza Express for me i'm afraid.

Review of Alexandra Theatre

A classic theatre experience.....
...complete with ice cream at the interval!
I love this theatre despite it not being as new or shiny as its rivals. It really is traditional theatre.
They show everything from plays, musicals and opera to featured performers on their way up.
Expect to pay more for sweets and drinks but realise this all part of the experience.
Best thing is to pre order your interval drinks at the bar so they are ready and waiting for you to enjoy.

Not bad!
The best thing about this place was the company.
I went here with my boyfriend and we had a great evening but the food really was nothing special.
We both asked for ingredients to be ommited from our main courses but this was ignored and to a degree spoilt the food.
Not bad, but I agree with a previous review, Pizza Express is far nicer!

Review of Cafe Gusto

Lovely Lunches!
Want your lunch made the way you like it? Cafe Gusto is the place for you!
They have a huge selection of fillings to choose from which can be made into a sandwhich, baguette, wrap, bagel, pannini or put on a baked potato!
Your lunch made your way....delicious!
The only problem I have with Cafe Gusto is trying to avoid the temptation of the lovely looking cakes and sweet treats positioned just within reach on the till!
