Ok ish 
Always seem to be an endless queue and then another long wait for your drink and then you have to try and find somewhere to sit. There are just not enough chairs and this results in lots of people just hovering for you to finish. Noise seems to bounce around within the space. Perhaps I am getting old but I don't like having to shout a conversation

Not my Favourite
Sorry to say it but just not a great atmosphere is what could be a great location. If, like me you don't like your coffee very strong, make sure you ask for only 1 shot. If you get stuck by the door then people are constantly pushing past and on a cilly day not somewhere to linger. Further back it just seems an odd feel

Disappointing
You can't drive here but can either get the ferry from Topsham, cycle or walk along the canal path or paddle. Whenever we have been here it has been so busy that they seem unable to cope and the loos etc needed a clean. They do run BBQ's in the summer but we have usually taken a picnic and grabbed just a drink and settled down to admire the view

One of those places where you find something great and then when you go again nowhere to be seen which is annoying - Not the best garden centre in the area and watch out for the speed camera on the main road outside

OK get a but fed up of the coffee machine never seeming be working and always seems to be a right mess on the floor of reception area and service is SLOW!!!
