Fabulous 
Love it here. No queue to get in despite gig being sold out. No probs getting drinks, not a bad price either. The bouncers won't let anyone out for a fag though which seemed to cause some arguments between them and some smokers but all the staff seemed really friendly.

Full of hotties!
This is the best place to head to start a night in Oxford. Not only can you get an extensive range of beers and wines but the men are usually the good looking type!
Not the cheapest place in Oxford but not extortionate either. The place is massive so usually plenty of seating

a great place to get lost
The covered market is a fabulous chocolate box market of delights. You will find everything here form the best cookies in town (Ben's cookies) to fabulous shoes and boots (The Oxford Boot Store), Haymans fisheries sells the freshest fish in town and Micky Feller is your man for some good beef on the bone!
Deffo worth a visit around Christmas as they hang the best decs in between all the turkeys hanging from the ceiling!

Cheap and cheerful 
Great pub in the heart of Oxford city centre. The food is cheap and cheerful and the restaurant area is huge so never and problem getting a table. Loads of little cubby hole type areas so sit in and have a quiet drink with pals!

beautiful in the Sun
This is a great pub to go to in the Summer to sit outside. Although you are sitting on the pavement it is the perfect place to people watch. Located right in the heart of university buildings it is a stunning location.

good pub
This place is a great place for a few drinks but don't expect a seat on a Friday or Saturday night as it gets really busy. The staff don't ever seem in a particular hurry to get through the queues at the bar.
Prices are OK and there are a wide range of drinks to choose from

This place serves the greatest cookies in the world.....ever....FACT
Much better than Millies cookies, they are baked all day so are usually still a little warm from being baked

great atmosphere
This is a fantastic party night out at the weekend and a great place for a chilled out drink during the week. Gets busy at the weekend but always a great atmosphere and fab mix of people. The drinks can seem a little bit expensive but the service is usually quick

party nights!
Fabulous night out if you like cheese! DJ booth is above the dancefloor in a car if I remember correctly! The cocktails here are fabulous and dead cheap during happy hour

LOVE IT
This is my favorite restaurant of all time. It is a family run place with the tastiest pizza this side of Rome! Great place for kids too, try to order the table by the window into the kitchen and if you catch thier eye the chefs will start throwing the pizza bases and making a bit of a show! Great value for money. Does get really really busy so make sure you book - however if the weather is good get your pizza to take away and eat it on the way home! Seating outside with heaters too

If you can catch this bar on the night of the cocktail flaring competitions it is an absolute blast!

fab night out 
suprisingly this was an excellent place to go and watch sport (world cup) - when they show it they have massive screens and plenty of staff so no queues at the bar.
Staff generally really friendly - doesn't get as busy as it did when it was Chicagos/shout - although it is perhaps a bit classier!

do not go here unless you are hammered! 
Disgusting - plates of old food on dirty tables around the edge of the upstairs dance floor at 10pm when it opened - still there at 2am!! Also the DJ on Sat nights can get really really grumpy if you ask for a song!
OK if you are hammered and with a massive group but feels a bit like a village hall with the tables pushed to the edge for an after dinner disco

Perfect Summer pub
Fab central location in Oxford - situated on the river it is the perfect place to spend a summers afternon/evening. The interior isn't great but there is so much seating outside it doesn't matter! Wouldn't recommend it in bad weather! Can get very busy on perfect summer days.
