Muy Bien! 5*

Brilliant little restaurant that could be said to be the jewel in Exmouth Market's crown. You'll need to book well in advance, especially for the weekend's as this place is popular, and for good reason. The Spanish influenced menu is great and changes frequently. The venue has a lively Mediterranean atmosphere with a few lively bars only a stone's throw away.

The work from the tube station is definitely worth it! Enjoy...

Tapas? This place is the business 5*

I've found it, the best place to eat tapas in north london. Well truth be told it was my housemate and boyfriend, but let's not dwell on the detail.

In fact there's nothing I can really say about this place that will do it justice. Just go along and sample it yourself, but please book otherwise you will be disappointed! I should know as I've been one of those people who longingly peer into vibrant front room like venue with only the vague memory of how good the last visit was for comfort.

Review of Jamon Jamon

Perfect location for post cinema chat 3*

So you've just seen the latest Pedro Almodovar film just down the road at the Odean and you're looking to carry on the experience with your mates over a drink and a bite to eat.

Look no further than Jamon, Jamon a delightful little tapas bar on the summary Parkway road.

The staff are great, the atmosphere Latin American enough for your average Londoner and the tapas is as to be expected very tasty! It's well worth a trip...

Review of Lalibela

More sweet than sour 4*

This is a nice little Ethiopian restaurant with a very traditional menu, great service and an experience that's a little different.

The main staple pancake like base of the dishes (the injera) is a treat however it is a little on the sour side. You've been warned! Oh and it's also extremely filling! The injera is a bit like a tablecloth as you're relish is served on top of it and then you roll sections of it up along with the relish and eat it.

The after dinner coffee is accompanied by a little ceremony which is good fun, although if you have the table by the kitchen door you'll find you get part of the ceremony repeated throughout your night...

End of the day this place is well worth a visit...

Review of The Curry Centre

It just like being in Brum! 5*

Of all the Curry houses / take aways in London this is my personal favourite. Ultra friendly staff, close to tube so easy pick up on the way home from work and most importantly fantastic Baltis. If you're a Brummie down in the big smoke this is the place to get your Balti's from - loving the yoghurt source as well.

Review of Odeon Cinema

It's a cinema, what do you expect? 3*

Agree with Adam G, the place does what it says on the tin, shows a wide variety of films on decent sized screens. It's well worth 3 stars in my book

Review of The Lock Tavern

Perfect Party Pub 4*

So it's true this pub is popular with skinny indie kids. However not many people would call me skinny, I might like a bit of indie music but i'm certainly not a kid. Having said all that I love this place. It's always good lively, good fun and the beer garden is a sure fire winner if your looking for a party venue.

Review of Annex 3

A little too much 3*

in a nice way...

Perhaps i'm not classy enough but on the 2 occassions i've been here i've found it a little bit OTT. The bar's nice enough and the waitress service is what you'd expect, efficiency with a beautiful smile, however it's all too much of a show.

However if you want to impress someone and go somewhere dazzling and ostentaious then you can't fault Annex 3.

Review of Bodeans BBQ

Fast Food 3*

This place makes a change. You can catch an Ice Hockey brawl on TV whilst chomping on some pulled pork - nice! I've never been to Canada but it kind of feels a little bit Canadian (sorry if this is making any lumberjacks blood boil). The set up is really quite basic, put your order in, get your food on a tray, buy a beer, sit on a high chair and pull at some pork or spare ribs.

So if you like your fast food this makes a change from McDonalds or KFC. Give it a try and see what you think
