Meaty 
This butchers really is a great place for fresh meat. The gys in here have been in this proffession for many years and really know how to give you a good cut. They are very friendly and the prices are just as good as any supermarket

I like a good bit of sausage 
The sausages in here are just heavenly. The meat in here is quite often locally souced. The staff have been in the business for years and you can tell this when you visit. Good local service.

Local meat
When you live in such a rural area, the lambs you pass on the way to work in the morning, could very well end up on your plate. Shapland and Searle use local meats and if you ask they can tell you exactly where they came from which is fab!

There is better!
M B Norman is a good butcher and tyhe prices are good. They have lots of meats and are very helpful but i have had better, more generous cuts elsewhere.

Moo Baa Oink
Devon Meats is another quality addition to butchers row. So much meat on offer. The staff are a bit quirky and up for a giggle. The meat is very good quality and cut well. Prices are nice and reasonable too!

Competetive 
Butchers row is just what it says. A row of butchers!! If you can stand the smell, its worth a wander down. Robert Withecombe has some fab cuts of meat and will cut whatever you need fresh. Good prices and great staff.

Always busy
Butchers are unfortunatly dying out due to Supermarkets and their low cost meat. Mill street butchers always have a fab selection of meat available and the price is good. It is always packed which is a good sign. The beef is fab for Sunday Roast.
