Good size. 
This branch of Burgler King is a really good size. In the summer especially fast food outlets get crammed in Plymouth. It is quite easy to get a seat in here. The food is standard Burger King food. The staff could be a little chirpier but hey, a seat and a burger is all you want from here.

Up grade???? 
I can't understand why this McDonalds is so shabby! With sucha large well known name behind it, you would expect is to of had an upgrade since it opened. The food is good and the staff work well but a lick of paint and a bit of a makeover would do it the world of good.

Better 
With another branch of KFC just around the corner, it is nice to see that this branch stepped up the competition and gets lots more custom than the other. The staff are friendly and the place seems clean and well organised. Much better.

This branch of KFC is not the best in Plymout. The staff don't seem to give a monkeys about customer service and the kitchen isn't that clean. I'd opt for the other near by branch

Chinese!
Kingsburg is a good and very popular chinese in newport. The food is great and the takeaway service is surprisingly fast. Try their beef chow mein, i havn't to this day found better in North Devon.

Yum
I love pizza nad the standard in here is fab! There are national named pizza joints poping up all over Barnstaple but for me, i will stick with Pizza Ho. they are happy to mix and match toppings to make the perfect pizza for you, good stuff.

Lunch time madness
The food is good in here and it is the perfect place to whip out and get lunch if you work in town. The staff have been here for ages and can make your sarnie choice fresh in front of you at lightning speed!

They deserve more
This is a hot spot for locals in Sticklepath, it is a shame that people don't travel from in town as they do have a fantastic menu. The food is great quality and the staff are nice and bubbly.

Spicey!
The take away service is great in here. You canorder early in the day for a certain time later on and it will always be ready and piping hot when you get there. The food is delicious and not too spicey. I am always surprised at how little it cost too.

I would never consider going in here at peak lunch time. Get in early for the best selection and a little elbow room. The food is brilliant but there is just no room!! It is a nightmare when busy.

The hot food selection in here is great. From sausage rolls to a large variety of pies. The servers could brighten up a little! But the food is cheap and good quality so you can't moan really.

This has to be one of the only take away shops i know that genuinly use the number system all the time. The staff know them off by heart....... number 3, 23, and 70 please!! Ha! Good grub and wel priced too.

Kebabs
Kebabs are always a really popular takeaway after a night out. I do feel sorry for the staff in here as they do recieve alot of drunken abuse from wasted mouths on legs. They do a good job. The portions are huge and they serve you quickly.

Pancake rolls!!
Bamboo looks like part of someones house that has been shoddilly made into a takeaway. The whole place could do with a good clean. I would not order from here sober. Saying that, it is jammed between 3 pubs and the pancake rolls go down a treat after a few drinks

Great reputation
Bobs Buttery are well known in the area for their fab sarnies. If you work on an industrial estate you will quite often see a bobs buttery van darting around full to the brim with gorgeous arnies and treats. Great service and at a good price

Rival chip shops?
There used to be only 1 place to get fish and chips in South Molton. Then as if by magic, along came the Honeycombe. They offer a wide selection of meals at a good price. My advise is to go for the honeycombe special burger. loaded with gorgeous food, its so big you will have to take it apart to fit it in your mouth,

Best Chinese in Bideford
Mr. Ho's is very popular in Bideford. Friendly service and a glass walled kitchen so the chefs can be seen preparing your meal. It is takeaway only and offers a home delivery service. Although, if you are planning to order home delivery on a weekend night, i would strongly advise ordering early as they are so busy it usually takes anything up to 2 hours to arrive.

A wimpy in disguise!
Mr. M's is pretty much your average wimpy but cleverly disguised with green signing and smart waitresses. You still get your food served on 'proper plates' the same as the Wimpy and the price is still far too high for the standard of food recieved.

Its been a while!
I miss the days of falling out the pubs and running like a mad woman to Ali's for a huge portion of their spicey chips! Ah the memories! I really must visit them again to see if the magic chip season shakers are still as good as my memory tells me!
