Get your kids involved 
What a fantastic out of school activity for kids! There are so many sports on offer for kids to learn and compete in. With fully qualified staff that are very friendly and encouraging. A great place to get fit.

One big family. 
The Rowers in Bideford seem to have such a good time together, i sometimes wonder why i havn't joined!! They work hard and can be seen on a regular basis rowing in Bideford. They have a great little base on the quay. They work hard and play harder,

Good for the town
Bideford is only a small town and Rugby can so easily be over shadowed by Football. Dispite this they have a good standard team for the size of the town and play great matches. Worth going to look if you fancy a change to football, you will be made to feel most welcome.

The Robins Nest!! 
I love going down at the weekend to watch a game here. The pitch is well kept, there is always a good atmosphere and there is nothing better than a drink in the robins nest afterwards.

Strawberrys and cream
The best thing about cricket is sitting on the grass with a few nibbles and a nice cold cider. The locals really love their cricket And it is just a stunning setting for a lazy afternoon.

Get behind your team Ilfracombe.
I believe that with a little bit of brain power, the fans of Ilfracombe could raise enough cash to give the club the well deserved make over it so desperatly needs. Ilfracombe play so much better in their away games and they have a flat sheltered pitch! The fans are passionate, i would love to see them get behind their club

Range of classes.
This place offers a great variety of classes for all ages and levels. I know people that have started off here as youngsters and carries on for years and years. It really is a great place to get your kids involved in. The staff are brilliant with all ages.

It made me laugh when i went here one day and saw lots of my old teachers having a go! It is a lovelly club though and very friendly and welcoming to new members.If you like bowling, you will feel at home here.

Calm down!
South Molton's fans are well known for being slightly n the rowdy side!! You can have a great day out here if you enjoy the sport, it pretty much depends on the local crowds. If South Moltoners calmed down a bit, it may busy up.

It is always great to watch local footie and this place is fab for that. A great friendly small local team. The function room is ideal for half time drinks and parties too. A reasonable bar too

Can i book????? 
I have been to Skern so many times with work and such like. It is a fabulous place with so many activities on offer. But when i wanted to book abseiling for just me and my Mum it was a nightmare! No one seemed to know when we could do it or how much. I gave up in the end,

Even better, local rugby! Barnstaple Rugby Football Club has a cracking atmosphere. Its in a good location. Its always a good day out at the Rugby club!
