Sports mad 
The staff in here really seem to knopw their stuff and are quite sports mad. They don't just stock sporty gear for just sports wear, you can also pick up some great polo shirts, t shirts and jackets from here too. A little more expensive that near by shops but the quality is good.

This is good for specialist sports. It can be quite hard to purchase dancing gear unless you order on the net. Freespirit has a good range of nearly everything you need. Good prices - they even stock the old stylee flashdance leg warmers! Yey!

Gone down hill 
This used to be one of my first stops for gym gear etc. But recently i feel it has gone down hill slightly. Of late it has had a really high staff turnover which has made a difference to the standard of service. They can't seem to train them enough before 'poof' they are gone.

Footie mad!! 
This is a football supporters heaven. There are more team shirts in here than you can shake a stick at. Every single team you can imagine. And it won't break the bank. If there so happens to be a shirt they don't have, don't worry they are more than happy to order it in for you!

I sware this store only employs super fit people. I always feel uncomfortable when i shop in here and it gears me to excersise more, until i seek comfort in a large cookie! Good prices and lots of lycra!

Bog standard
JD is the place to buy things on a budget. The prices are rock bottom. You generally won't get much wear out of the clothes, maybe one year or so, but the price reflects this. This particular branch has lots of varied stock available.

Fab range
You really can find whatever you need in here for whatever adventure you are off on next. There is a lovely chap that works in here, his name escapes me but he was so friendly and really interested in my trip away. Service to be proud of!

Great for school stuff
If your child is at a local school and you would like to get their PE kit at a decent price, have a rummage around in here. They really are very reasonable and stock all your child would need for school.

Has a different name now
This shop is now called 'Sports Fore you' do you see what they did there?? It is a good shop. Its family run which is great. They do alot of golfing bits but will try their best to get you what you need.

Is no longer here
Puma has been replaced in Atlantic Village. This was a shame but there is another sports outlet in the mall. The shop it has been replaced with is worth a look if your up there.

Competition?
Gilesports is located directly opposite JJB sports in Green lanes. The staff don't glare at each other from across the shopping centre, more they battle it out with good deals and cheap stock. Worth comparing the prices in both shops.

Not really a sports store.
Animal isn't a dedicated sports store as such. Yes it does sell accessories and clothing for surfing. But generally Animal does better on its fashion clothes. You don't need to be a surfer to wear animal.

JJB is a well known chain of sports shops. You kind of know what to expect when you are shopping in here. The prices are always competetive and there is quite often some good deals.
