very grand 
I've not actually stayed in this beautiful hotel, but I've been fortunate enough to attend some large functions here in the palatial conference rooms. It's very grand and deceptively large. The staff are wonderful and so accommodating and I'm sure that you'd have a great stay here.

Lovely building and great memories
The Hilton Brighton Metropole is a lovely building and has great memories for me. Least of all as it's where I met my gorgeous fiance. The staff are wonderful here and the building feels very extravagant and indulgent.

Lovely for meeting clients or friends
This is such a fantastically adaptable venue - it's really lovely for meeting clients or friends. Right in the middle of the lanes, hidden in Ship Street, you walk into a fantastic bar which enjoys a mezzanine view with sofas. The service is impeccable, the drinks superb, but like with any establishment like this you pay for it. But it's worth every penny.
