wonderful 
This beauty therapist has a branch in Portslade which is now my local beauticians. They are wonderful in there. I sneak in for my monthly beautifying session during my lunchtimes here. They're really friendly, and I am really looking forward to getting a group of my girlies together to enjoy their party pamper area for group manicures and treatments.

wonderful treatments 
I don't think I've fully exploited all the wonderful treatments on offer here at The Treatment Rooms. I had a wax done here, which as waxes go wasn't really too much to write home about, but hey, when are they? No complaints at all about this well-reviewed beauty shop.

a quick pamper
Nails Inc is a great spot for a quick pamper. I used to use this branch frequently when I lived close by to Canary Wharf. They do an express manicure which is fabulous.
