Graham P. says:

The first thing you will notice about the Duke of Wellington is that it stinks. I mean, it really reeks. It smells like an old man who's been left in a skip full of cabbage leaves for forty years. Then you will probably notice that it's an ugly little pub with a rather unpleasant clientèle, and although the bar staff are charming enough to look at, they're not what you'd call super-competent. It does serve lager though, and there is a garden. Well, I say garden. it's actually a brick yard with a badly painted gate and a pink moped. The pink moped is cool. Everything else is a bit rubbish.

I should also mention that it has a dartboard, it shows sports on telly and it serves Sunday roasts.

Oh, and it has a beautiful and rather specious sign outside, as you can see in the photo.

Not a date pub. In fact, not even a swift one after a long day at work pub. Not unless you're really desperate.
