Moooooosic`

4*

Simone W. says:

Music can make a huge difference to your pub experience. At the Central i do like the range they have. Its a nice bar, not my first choice but it has beer and its quite cheap and sometimes that is all i'm looking for from these places!

A Pub that prides itself on its Jukebox

3*

Stuart R. says:

The Grand Central appears to be one of those self appointed rock pubs with an extensive collection of music on the jukebox to attract the music lovers of Manchester to them. I found the jukebox a little too niche for my liking, too much pretentious rock and not enough quality punk music but jukebox aside the beer is good and the bar service is excellent. Theres plenty of potential in this pub so hopefully someone will improve the jukebox in the not too distant future.

Rock Bar With a Difference

4*

Thom C. says:

A rock pub with a difference, Grand Central has been revamped recently, replacing tatty old sofas with some more modern furniture, and brightened up some of the gloom. The music is still the same, however, with rock classics pumping from the jukebox and live music most evenings. Drinks are cheap, and the staff friendly, making Grand Central an excellent place to meet friends after work, or before a night out.
