I took a trip down memory lane to the bar at the inn and found out it changed to Grayz inn. Quiet nice bar now but not a patch on what it used to be. I have fond memories of leaving the bar at around 6.00am o dodge the people coming into work. Has the old owner John got a new bar? I really need to find it!!! Why cant bars be like they used to.

Grayz Inn Wine Bar is quite a find. Located in a small sidestreet off Holborn (Chancery Lane end) you would be forgiven for missing it. But once there you will unearth a bit of a gem. Whenever I’ve been I’ve never been overwhelmed by the crowds but a chilled venue. Nice enough interior and a good sized outdoor area. Always serves frequent free bar snacks like chilli wraps and potato wedges to accompany your drinks. The staff are so friendly that they don’t even mind customers selecting the tunes from the iPod behind the bar! You really do get the impression that the staff run this bar just for fun.

Really nice place that I feel more people need to know about!
