Awful

1*

K O. says:

This has to be one of the worst burgers I have ever had (and there have been a few!!) Staff were very polite and nice but when the asked had I had a nice meal and I explained they just said 'oh'

Such a pity Hamburger Union got it so wrong

Nice chunky chips

4*

Rachael B. says:

Yes bring back the £5 deal! I agree with Callum. This is a nice burger place though, with great chunky chips too. The prices aren't too bad though, as the ingredients are nice and fresh tasting. The style is canteen like, with long wooden benches, you order your food at the counter on the way in and it is brought to you. It's a nice site on a corner of the entrance to Leicester Square, an all window front which lets in a lot of light. Nice lunch venue.

YUM! but a tad expensive

3*

Callum G. says:

This is a REALLY nice place as it's quick for a lunchtime treat, and the food is amazing!

When they opened they had a wicked £5 lunch special which was great, we went all the time, unfortyunately its now been withdrawn, so it makes it a rather expensive deal, especially next to burger shack!

BRING BACK THE DEALS!!!! ;0)

(ok i'm scottish, but us media boys dont get paid THAT much lol!)

Yes!

Jacob N. says:

Good burgers, great fries and everything is swell. The prices are decent so it's the perfect place for lunch or a mid-pub break. The only annoying thing is the horrible plastic plates. I ain't five yeah...

Bring back the old menu?

4*

Alan S. says:

This is the no nonsense burger eatery. The burgers are meaty succulent slabs of free range grass fed cows and the chips are chunky. On opening week I took each member of my team there and they all enjoyed it.

The burger to go for is bacon cheese with extra jalapenos and the chorizo sausage is worth consideration. The malted shakes are pretty good too. Also think twice about having the chips – an extra burger in your bun costs the same as the chips. Now there’s a dilemma.

They also have a new menu that’s introduced onion rings and some more exotic burgers. I think I preferred the old menu but the jury’s still out.

Burger and a half!

4*

Joanna N. says:

A brilliant restaurant where you know the food is all cooked fresh to order and hasn't been lying around half cooked or re-heated before it is served to you. The price reflects the quality and you pay for what you get so although you can get burgers cheaper elsewhere, here they are fresh, juicy, filling and bigger portions. You can call ahead and order takeaway which is always handy. The alternative to beef options look great although I haven't tried them, friends who have say they are very good. Chips are freshly cut and chunky and there is a wide variety of sauces you can order, but you do have to pay for sauces that are not the standard ones on the table tops.
