Same as above, The only difference is that I am a landlord. They pull as much money as they can out of me and I hardly see anything back. Thieving buggers!!!!!!!

This company is in the business of making as much as they can out of Tenants and making their lives miserable. Do not let them railroad you into signing agreements and make sure you agree rent for a 12 month period as they will soon increase your rent after 6 months is up. Try to get a landlords certificate for your property (gas) as we never had one on show when we were renting from them and the boiler was leaking. Make sure you check every single thing on the inventory as they come round at the end and check every single thing even things that are not on the inventory when you sign up with them. Make a comment on my blog if you have any problems with them, I am still waiting for my deposit, the manager has promised to call me, but guess what!! No call back!! Also they are still holding data on me which they have not returned (passport copy, bank details, pay slip copy etc.) is this against data protection laws??
