this store never fails me! if u cant find what you looking for elsewhere then john lewis usually have it! if you phone first to check an item they will take all your details and call u back. they then send out a personal shopper to find what u want and come back and give a good clear description along with prices and what u wanted to know along with stock availability. they will even send it to the collection point for you to collect if u want then u dont have to come into the store. Its free parking also by the collection point and easy to get in and out! John lewis is also situated in a perfect location near plenty of carparks. The store is laid out very well and if they dont have what u want - ask ! they will always advise you where you can get that item if they dont stock it! Sales staff always smart, helpful, and pleasant - customer service always excellent!

The Southampton store is huge! Sometimes I think a bit too big... Love it though, there are always lovely things to buy and the clothing consessions are great. In process of trying to convince fiance to have wedding list here!

Aside from being a bit confusing to find your way around this store is great. If you're a home owner you'll probably want to take out a second mortgage because there's so much here you could want for your home interior. It's not cheap but then this IS John Lewis sweetie!

John Lewis in West Quay is huge, and designed so that you get lost - it took me several trips here to LEARN the way out... Because otherwise there's mirrors and pillars everywhere and you'll find yourself walking round in circles for ages before you find the way out! Most of their stuff seems vastly overpriced, but in amongst it there are some quality products at reasonable prices!

This store has an amazing cosmetics area with all the brands you would expect! From Bobbi Brown to Lauder it is all in here - including shoes, games, toys, fitness and homeware.
