Johns Supermarket looks after the residents of Instow. When so many large names are crowding their marketplace Johns Supermarket is competitive. They stock so many items it socomes close to being crowded, but I'd rather that, than see a struggling small shop

This is a small but well stocked little village shop. It stocks a fair amount of local produce like local clotted cream and hand made greeting cards. It is locally run and the service is very very friendly. Prices are alot cheaper than your average small shop.

I love the fact its called a supermarket .. not really, just a lovely old style village shop that sells everything. The sort of place you pop into to buy a loaf or a pint of milk. Best of all, its a place to catch up with the local gossip. really friendly staff, sometimes TOO friendly.

Now that it houses the Post Office as well Johns has a bit of a monopoly on Instow but it provides a service that a lot of villages would die for and Instow would die without it. Convenience store, butcher, off licence and delicatessen.
