My sister & I had been to the Marlowe Theatre to watch Cats, which was my sisters birthday treat to me. Feeling hungry after the show we thought we would have no problem finding some where to eat but the restaurants near to the theatre looked to be closing, so in a desperate search for food we ended up at Kudos in the hope that it would still be open, otherwise it was gonna be cheese & onion toasties back at her house. My sister living locally had had food from here before but it was my first time. Being a restaurant as well, the decor was lovely, contemporary with clever use of colour, very girlie, the staff even had glittery butterflies in their hair. Great menu choice, which was cooked & brought to us very quickly. All I can add is that on getting it back to my sisters house it was THE BEST chinese food i've ever tasted! Normally it smells good, starts off tasting good, then you soon wonder why you didn't go for indian instead, but this was FAB ! ! !

One of the best chinese restaurants i've eaten at, anywhere in the country.
The amount of food you get is substantial so you could end up over ordering if you decide to have a bit of everything
Staff were great and the food was exceptional. Definately somewhere I visit when back in Canters!

This is Chinese food on a whole different level to your usual Chinese restaurant at the end of your road. It isn't cheap, but it's worth spending a little bit extra for the incredible food. Go for the set menu with a duck course. Just make sure you don't eat for around a week before hand so you can eat it all!

Can't even begin to communicate in words how amazingly AMAZING this place is. Great service. And the food is the best Chinese I've ever tasted. On a par with (if not better than) China Town in London. Well worth a visit.
