Nice place!

4*

Sophie H. says:

This is a really nice restaurant, I would agree that it's a little expensive, you won't feel stuffed unless you really splash out but it's got a lot of character and charm. If you are booking in advance I recommed you try to get the table in the window upstairs, the central location of the restaurant means that you can people watch the whole of Moseley!

Great Tapas AND Cocktails

4*

Sabrina C. says:

Although I feel that La Plancha is a little over priced for its portion size the food is lovely.

Expect to pay £4.50 per dish and a little more for some of the king prawn dishes.

You need about 6 dishes per couple so the price does soon add up. However the choice is excellent. Be sure to check out the specials board which gives even more choice.

La Plancha also has a large range of cocktails also priced around £5 which are the perfect addition to dinner.

The restaurant upstairs does get busy at weekends so booking is advisable but the bar downstairs has a relaxed atmosphere and has few tables where you can also order your food and drinks.

It's Tapas not Tapa's

3*

Daniel B. says:

La Plancha is a decent spanish restaurant in the heart of Moseley. While the menu contains all the usual tapas culprits, they're all done pretty well and served by really friendly staff.

Downstairs there is a nice bar area, which if you are a looking to avoid the busy pubs at the weekend is usually a good alternative.
