I can say nothing other than the fact that I was blown away by this restaurant. It exceeded all expectations and I simply didn't want to leave anything off the menu un-eaten. Great people there too!

I dio not understand how people can complain about this restaurant, 9 have been there many times and each time the service and food has been 10 out of 10. and as for the owner, she is the nicest and friendliest around.. for her to be rude you must have been a real pain and nuisence. By far the best tasting spanish restaurant in the south i have been too.

I was looking forward to a lovely evening of tappas to celabrate my exam results last october. Previously we had enjoyed my sons 18th birthday here and everything was great so i chose Latinos again.
About half way through the evening one of my guests asked what we thought was on her plate. On close examination there it was a cooked cockroach of which its brother or sister had already been eaten!! The manager suggested we had put it there, and was reluctant to to admit any responsibility, she insisted we paid for our drinks and tried to offer us dessert at a charge!!!
I wont be going there again and it makes my stomach turn whenever I drive past.

I dinned at Latino with friends at the weekend and what a mistake that turned out to be. The tasteless food was over-priced and the service was very poor and as a result we were charged 10% of the bill without any warning of an included service charge.
Olives were given to us at the beginning of the meal on the understanding that they were free of charge, which of course we ended up having to pay for, twice we had to ask the waiter to bring our table some butter which of course never arrived and then one of the deserts we ordered had to be changed, and this was all topped off with then we having to wait almost 30 minutes for the bill to arrive after the restaurant owner had obviously lost our bill and had instead sent over a fabricated one with items that we hadn’t actually ordered.
By her fourth attempt and with the assistances of my friends to help edit the bill, I was told that the service charge would still stand even though I thought having to wait 30 minutes whilst their incompetent owner and staff tried to remember what we had actually ordered. However, I think the real low point of the evening came when the owner stood by our table in an irate mood, raising her voice and speaking in Spanish when only a few of us could understand her insults.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone and I certainly won’t be going back there again.

I really was looking forward to eating in here on my birthday a year ago. There was a big group of us who decided to Latinos after an all day party playing rounders in Preston Park. We were all pretty tired and admittedly we did rock up almost at the end of service. The food wasn't half as nice as I was hoping for, however the space upstairs we sat in was really regal and well decorated, with perfect lighting and ambience.
