Top Boozer!

5*

Joe W. says:

I love this place. Islington would be lost without it. I come down most weekends. Its a great place to have a big night with your mates. When my friends from up north come and visit we always go. Pubs like this dont exist up north. I know my mates wish they did.

What a boozer!!!

5*

Charles W. says:

This place is outstanding. I'm a regular and can honestly say I think it's one of the best pubs in north London. It has a great atmosphere on a weekend and some really good big names DJ's like Scratch Perverts and James Levelle as well as bands like CSS and the Mystery Jets spinning tunes. Pretty good I reckon for a local. The Sunday roast aren't bad either.

Nice local pub

4*

Pandora G. says:

The Old Queens Head has been around for years, but is now distinctly more trendy and upmarket - like everywhere in Angel the locals seem to be being pushed out and the yuppies welcomed in. Having said that, The Old Queens Head still has a nice atmosphere, and avoids the masses of Upper Street. Sit on the outside tables in the summer, and head upstairs at the weekend for a taste of one the the many DJs that plays.
