Old White Hart The Public House

This area of northampton used to be such a dump, but with the new houses and flats this place fits right in now. A really lovely place for food and a drink, its got parking round the back and a large area to sit. Its very modern and expensive now with the most amazing toilets.

This is quite out of town and you would probably miss it, in fact if no one had recommended it to you there is no reason why you would find this place. But its definitely worth a visit for a whole night, the food here is nicely served with quite big portions and they do amazing chunky chips. its all dark wood and leather seating, very good for a first date too as its not a hussle and bussle place. Good parking and a big seated area outside for summer and smokers.

This place has been re furbed quite a while a go and is lush, the food is good and the ambience is too. Its classy with great toilets! Its a good date place and a nice place for a drink or work party, with lots of places to sit and leather sofas. There is a small car park behind it that gets really busy, but parking on the estate round the corner is ok.

I've been here quite a few times and I would highly recommend it. It's got a huge area to sit outside (if you're a smoker or if it's sunny) but bits are undercover which is cool. This place is good if you're on a date because it's quiet and generally quite a relaxing place to be. I haven't eaten here, only had drinks, but the staff always seem really friendly. Generally, a really good place to go for a chill out

I love this place. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I have been here on a number of occasions for either a nice meal for 2 or a group of people. The staff were very accomodating on all of the occassions that I have been there. I would recommend the Old White Hart to anyone that wants a nice meal and a quiet drink.

This pub is very nice for a quiet drink after work, drinks on a weekend as they sometimes have a DJ to get you in the mood to party before wandering into town or a first date. They had a BBQ in the summer and the chicken burger was like nothing I had ever had off a BBQ, very very nice (a full fillet of chicken with lettice, tomato etc)

Great pub that serves decent food.

Bar food and a nice restuaraunt area too. Comfy sofa's in a really relaxed atmosphere.

It's also got a large outdoor area with heaters - so great for the summer.
