P V's Bar Restaurant

first impressions are that its just like any old wine bar, but if you go upstairs you,ll be pleasently surprised by a well decorated restaurant which serves very good english and mexican cuisine. great staff great atmosphere

the place is open all day and i often walk past and you get the regular drinkers in the pub below, you can go upstairs where they have a large restaurant with very plush settings! the food is very nice but a little too posh to be honest! Very good quality but it may drop a little short if your starving

funky cocktail bar at the top of the high st in barnstaple. They offer food upstairs at weekends, but a real good place to go for a drink and a chill with friends, it gets very busy at weekends

This may be a wee bit of a yuppie bar. But i really like it! It is so different to all the other bars in Barnstaple. The staff are really friendly, and food is good.

There's a bar downstairs and a restaurant upstairs where the one and only time I ever went there they tried to sell me a bottle of red wine that had quite obviously just come out of the fridge! That said I also know people who love it in there...

had a great evening here for a staff leaving do. I order the nachos and it was a meal in itself. prices were fabulous and I would definitely recommend eating upstairs. would go agian

this place is a Yuppie's haven. After work drinks for the suited go getters of town. Have eaten there a few times ( not through choice ) and have always found the food pleasant. Never very much food and all a bit " arty farty". Food is pretty, but not filling.
