Disappointing

1*

Judy F. says:

Went to this restuarant for lunch because of seeing some good reviews. We turned up at 1pm on a Monday and there was no one else in the restaurant. I had Chicken Jalfreszi and another collegue had Chicken Balti. Both dishes looked and tasted like they had been defrosted and reheated. The chicken was also not very fresh.

Although the waiter was fairly attentive he did appear half asleep.

All in all a very disappointing experience

Passage to Indian food heaven

5*

Steve T. says:

First let me say that I'm nothing to do with this establihment, other than being a regular, and happy, customer. I often stay at the Holiday Inn Express opposite the O2 centre on Finchley Road and have tried most of the restarants within 15 mins walk either way. Passage to India is the one that I now keep going back to. The freindliness, and attentiveness is second to none. If you want to be left alone, you will be. Whether I've eaten in or had a takeaway I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal. Nothing is too greasy (a common problem with some Indian places), and the flavours are a little more subtle than in many. The Onion Bhajis are flat rather than in a ball, but what the heck. The chicken & peanut dish is my favourite.
