Rude, patronising owner

I agree with the above report. I was served by a tall caucasian gent (30 - 40 y.o.) who I believe is the Paul Bradley in the photo. I assume he is the owner by the manner of his conversations.

He was totally dismissive of my needs and I am sure that when I asked for some trousers to get let out (he did not think it was required) that he simply put them aside and charged me for an unaltered item. I would NEVER give this prat any of my money again.

Shame as it could be a good store and I am sure many many people refuse to shop there for thevery same reason. How on earth can he stay in business?

Whilst the suits are quite cheap (priced), the sales patter by the shop assistants need a lot to be desired.

They talk down to customers, near agressive sales tactics and make you feel small.

After purchasing some suits recently I thanked him (Paul) when leaving to which I got no reply when he was at the till, and even said "bye" to again no reply. He blatantly blanked me.

Just go into the shop and see the type of sarcasam you get from this idiot (Paul Bradley - who I am assuming is the same guy in the photo who claims to be the owner). THis is not a one off incident, I remember him being the same many years earlier.
