This place has really improved, the customer service is Excellent and the queues seem shorter - maybe the pensions benefits recipients are getting paid directly into bank accounts at last, the queues are a lot shorter and there's less for the staff to deal with in terms of traditional letters - but there's a lot of eBayers these days and online ordering is a real bonus and keeping our Post Offices ticking over nicely.
Great Work.

I waited in a line for minutes after walking past a whole bunch of angry people. I agree with this reviews of this place because I was also treated rudely by a pensioner. I was only going there to hand in my application for a Oyster Photocard and this rude person told me to control me dogs. The staff did nothing to make me feel special and I'll be taking any further applications to the Highgate Road branch instead! Much better!

Sorry but this post office sets a good example for why certain post offices could be marked for closure.
Pensioners are treated rudely and sometimes sent to the kentish town PO unneccesarily.
If you have more than one parcel to send at a time be prepared for rudeness, however there's one very helpful & efficient lady working here, I wish she ran the place!
