I have so far been disappointed with the gym and have found that the customer services from Fitness First are far from capable!

The running machines are leathal. The rubber mats on them are all loose. I have lost count of the machines I nearly slipped on them or fell off. When making a comment, nothing was done, even trying to get hold of the corporate complaints service nothing is responded to.

If you do have to contact them - DO NOT use the web form on their website - it goes into the ethernet and disappears!

Such a shame as I loved my previous club and wanted to go when I could, now it is avoid unless absolutely necessary!
