When they came round to make a quote, they demonstrated a good knowledge and did not pressure us in any way to use their company, like most of the others did. We live near Tottenham and they we happy to come all the way here to do the work. Fitted the 6 windows, including bays excellently, and when we noticed a scratch on one, they replaced the glass without question. Would definately recommend them, we've even gone back to use them again to replace the front door!

We left our car to have a clutch replaced and when we eventually got it back it leaked oil, there was damage and the clutch mechanism was really noisy. After a lot of calls they agreed to look at it but told us there was nothing wrong. Small claims court threats got them more interested and they eventually threw it together enough to drive away. I haven't explained about all the phone calls, the rudeness of them etc. The price would have been reasonable if they had done the job and they were originally recommended to us, so not everyone is treated the way we were. Personally though, I suggest you try elsewhere first.

Santy the owner runs the shop on her own and she gave outstanding personal service.

Her collection is extensive and very reasonably priced. She was genuinely interested in making it a truly memorable experience for me, she gave sound advice and you could really tell that she loved her job.

She was more than happy for me to try on as many dresses as I liked, and she even suggested I try on some outrageous ones just for fun. It really was a memorable experience.

She was very warm and friendly, not pushy at all, she was happy for me to spend as much time in her shop as I wanted. All the other shops I had visited in past didn't come close to this one.

I would strongly recommend you visit Santy as I'm sure you too will find the perfect wedding dress. Thank you Santy and may your business continue to be a roaring success.

Every time i enter I find something I want that is a little bit different and so reasonably priced. But the quiltiy is always really good and the people are really friendly and helpful like when my older brother needed a pair of suit trousers to match his suit jacket and he spent about half an hour discussing with a sales assitant what colour would match perfectly ( a bit of a perfectionist lol 0 ... But the clothes are great for boys and girls and for any ocassion so id defiantly recomend it to people x x

Everything fashion wise you could need under one roof. It's the perfect place to find a new pair of flip flops, a hand bag, new skirt or a going out top. Plus, it's a great place to go for birthday present's for your mates or stocking filers at christmas. As you can see I love that place, and probably spend far too much cash in their every month.

Plenty of room to move around in to look at all the different items. You can get an entire out fit in one go, the shoe and accessory section is GREAT! And the people are always really friendly and helpful and offer good advice about outfits.

Went there for a birthday treat a year ago and my children happened to mention it was my birthday and they suprized me at the end of the night with a cake with candles (no charge, AND A free drink!!) Very homely, it is like walking into someones kitchen/dining room.... Easy....no one hurries you, no one hovers and true traditional Italian style... Eating should be fun and sociable... This place is ideal for couples or familes who can actually sit, eat and chat together...Love It
