There is also a place to put you bike at the library which is next door.

However, 1. The swimming pool is only 1/8 of the swimming pool at Finchley Lido which has no waves. 2. Family Swim time on the timetable means adults run for the saunas! While the parent or nanny sits as the children make havoc within the pool.

Even with these problems in the swimming pool, as part of your membership La Fitness offer a free instructor to guide you round the gym. There is also a beauty parlor which is open to everyone and the beautician is apparently very friendly.

If you do arrive and you have forgotten anything La Fitness sell quite a lot of different items you may have forgotten. If you going swimming don't forget a swimming cap!
