Initially we were quoted a delivery time of circa 6 weeks, which was fine as the baby was not due for a while at that point. After 8 weeks, we began to get nervous, and each week, we were fobbed off with various excuses. 12 weeks after we had placed the order, the manager of the shop admitted that they had forgotten to order the furniture from the manufacturer and admitted he had been lying for the past 6 weeks.

Fortunately I was able to demand a refund on the spot, but I am now not sure if my furniture will arrive in time for the baby if I order it from somewhere else, so I may have to choose a different brand that someone has in stock. I cannot recommend anyone to buy from this store as they were dishonest towards me, which I find to be worse than incompetence.

Randomly - they sell cheap greetings cards to furniture and everything in between. It has to be a first stop in North Finchley for whatever you are loking for.
