It's a lovely pub, with a great garden and serves good food, very generous portions. It can get quite busy on a weekend.

The decor is a bit dated, and the waiters do sometimes have a bit of an attitude - but thats probably more to do with their Italian persoanlities that rudeness.

They are very welcoming to familes and couples and seat people accordingly which is very throughful.

You'll need to book in advance as its very popular. The menu is superb. There is also an excellent cocktail bar (which you don't need to book)and if you are not dining The Platter on the bar snacks menu is addictive as are the cocktails. You may end up spending a lot of money but it will be worth it.

Its very swish and the food is good. You have to book way in advance to get a table on a friday or saturday. The bar is buzzy too and the bar snacks are great if you arn't going for dinner - The Platter is addictive as are the cocktails.. if you are not careful you could spend fortune but its worth it. There is a mixed crowd in there most nights.

The atmosphere is buzzy and the service is quick.. even though its not always with a smile, but that adds to its charm - In fact it becomes a challenge to make the waiting staff laugh or smile. If you like traditional dishes try the lasagne or the carbonara.. there are too many dishes to pick out anymore... you'll like them all.

It has a sandwich bar at the front but also several tables and chairs and a very modern seating area downstairs for a proper meal. Has a good range in all areas, including extensive breakfasts, lunches, desserts and a cocktail bar.

Friendly locals, who tend to sit near the bar and sometimes make it harder to get served. Staff usually friendly and service is quick once you've got their attention.
