<![CDATA[Greater London - Barnet - Totteridge - Home and Garden - Reviews]]> http://www.welovelocal.com Reviews from welovelocal.com en In response to Dean P. http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/barnet/totteridge/plumbers/leakbusters-n200qp.html#r40126 Mr Perry is unhappy with our service, his family engaged our services after another company supplied and installed a boiler in his house (we were informed that they were rogue traders that 'simply off' ripped his elderly relative ??), we later found this to be untrue. The other company removed the boiler they had fitted. We supplied & installed a second new boiler, provided a corgi certificate and were told we would not be paid as there was a fault with the timeclock (which we had not touched). Yes we make mistakes but when we do, we jump through hoops to rectify things quickly and professionally. Assuring you of our intentions at all times.

Behaved like cowboys http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/barnet/totteridge/plumbers/leakbusters-n200qp.html#r36194 After installing a new boiler last week, they returned this morning to correct a problem with the balance of circulation. 4 plumbers turned up and while one of them was showing me how to drain the system if we ever had a leak, the others took the boiler off the wall and disappeared with it in their van! I rang their call centre and they admitted that was their plan all along! We hadn't paid for the boiler yet as we were waiting for an official Corgi installation ID, so are not out of pocket, but I can't believe anyone would run a business this way. I reckon they've done this because they couldn't actually produce a Corgi installation ID as they'd illegally and unsafely installed our boiler using a non-Corgi registered plumber.

Plumbing Gods http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/barnet/totteridge/plumbers/leakbusters-n200qp.html#r2998 The first thing that hits you about Leakbusters is that they are a really professional outfit. All staff wear proper uniforms, they arrive on time, provide a free quotation and even have a fun website.

I first called Leakbusters in desperation, after our boiler mysteriously kept switching off, which every other company I called out tried to convince me that it was a wiring problem. Leakbusters proved to be more resilient and sure enough discovered and fixed the problem with ease.
