It was so bad I complained. My hair was totally butchered! I was invited back to see what could be done to improve the cut was made to feel like it was my fault for not giving more specific instrcutions on what I wanted and what should not be done to my hair to make it look like a bog brush. I even took a photograph of me how I wanted my hair. How more specific can you get!!! and it wasn't as if I was seen by a junior stylist. I paid £47 for whatever level that gets you.
