Its all fresh and inviting and smells just like heaven. They also do great paninis and little containers of salads and cous cous style things at the deli bit in here. Its not affordable to have everyday, but certainly a little treat mid week.

Great selection of pantry items (San Marzano tomatoes, Rusticella d'Abruzzo pasta) and good light meal options (pizza, fresh salads). It can get a bit crowded and confusing inside on the weekend (Where do I pay? Please don't step on my foot!), but the bottom line is that the staff are friendly and the food is good.

Although all the food is organic and cooked on the premises the price of a lunch take out can be as much £10.00. The take away counter which serves both vegetable dishes and salads is priced per kilo and can work costly. The cakes look amazing though and the coffee smells great. Inside there is one large wooden table, which is the only place to eat in so not ideal for groups. There are bistro style tables outside.

This appears from the front and the initial front of the shop to be a fairly traditional deli with cheese counter, sausage and other uncooked and cured meats. There is also a small selection of seasonal vegetables all organic and Italian style groceries. Towards the back of the shop there is a pizza counter selling take-away slices but you can also eat in. In winter there are usually two types of soup one vegetarian and one meat. My favorite is chorizo and black bean.
