The woman cutting her hair kept speaking on the phone and chatting with other staff and customers and cutting the same bit of mums hair - when we asked if she was going to cut the rest of her hair she was rude and said she was the hairdresser not us. After questioning this a few times my mum was finally shown her hair at the back and it was awful - they had cut the back into an extremely short crop and only cut in one section of hair so everything was lopsided and to even it out she had to get an extremely short crop elsewhere which she didn't want.

She had to pay for this terrible cut which wasn't even completed and they didn't even offer to finish the job (not that she would have accepted) and no money back, products, apology or any kind of compensation was offered.
