However the staff have an amazing knowledge of all process in print. I entered with a budget and was advised that the job could be produced in a way that I had not thought about, which was way under my budget and a quality job.

We had a really wonderful meal. From the main menu, we chose Chicken Jalfrezi, Vegetable Korma, Sag Aloo, Pilao Rice and Peshwari Nan. I enjoyed this meal very much. All of these dishes were subtly spiced and beautifully cooked. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I booked my first session and was very apprehensive as to what I was letting myself in for. At 48 I am no spring chicken! I need not have worried. Duncan is not only very friendly, calm and reassuring he is supportive, encouraging with a positive approach. He assessed my level of fitness after going through a health check, asked what I wished to achieve and which areas of my body I particularly wanted to work on. I'm no gym bunny by any means but I am aware that I need to "up" my fitness and generally tone up. With this in mind Duncan works with me to attain my goals by gently taking me through a variety of exercises. He encourages and pushes me but not once have I felt it was to excess. He is extremely knowledgeable and more than anything I appreciate his explanations how each exercise is working which muscles. I now feel well informed about exercise and good nutrition.He demonstrates and leads by example, checks my posture and that I am correctly positioned. More than anything I do not feel intimidated. The time flies,my body feels fitter and more importantly my mind feels good too! I never thought I would admit to enjoying training but Duncan has changed my view and I would recommend him to anyone who feels somewhat apprehensive, not trained in a while or at all! At the other end of the spectrum Duncan is quite a driving force - my son now trains hard with him regularly and I know he's very impressed too. All in all - good quality training for all levels of fitness.

Bar staff are great and managers are lovely ppl. Try it some time!!
