This little beauticians is located in Hayes High Street and the perfect place to come for a treatment. The massages are relaxing and the waxes are pain free (well almost). The nail treatments are great, I love the gel nails which are perfect for a special occasion. The staff are also lovely and the prices are average for the area!

It is a fun relaxed way to get healthy with out going to train in the gym. There is something for all levels and all ages. The rest of the health club is ok, the gym is good but usually busy. The pool is nice but could do with a referb. The changing rooms and showers are all new. The Health Club - The Retreat - is really nice and the treatments are really good. I'd recomment it!
