I have been to La Rioja several times and cannot praise this place enough. Friendly,welcoming, excellent food and good prices. Best place to go around this area. If you like Spanish food I suggest you try for yourselves but book early as at week ends it gets very busy.

In a high street full of indian restaurants, this stands out as the best, in terms of decor, service and most importantly, food. The waiters in here are always charming and often give us a freebie or 2 as we only live round the corner and see them fairly often. Delicious food in a modern dining space - highly recommended

Food, staff and location. Read about abv link and I can say that we were a group of 10 and they forgot to charge us for 2 bottles (£32). of course we told them and they gave told us that it was on the house being a mistake

I can't believe what I've read about being over charged. I was actually under charged here, mentioned it to the owner and he said "pay me next time". It's very relaxed, the food is superb and I would recommend to anyone. I don't believe the owner here would deliberately over charge anyone, he's trying to establish the business and appears to go out of his way to make the customers feel most welcome.
