Its expensive but then the good gyms are.

Its a bit dingey and the lack of natural light especially in the summer isnt great.

The staff are helpful if you ask them but i think are quite happy to walk past people who are clearly doing things wrong without telling them.

I love the boxing ring which i think is a bit odd, who uses it? You certainly will get fit here as the members look serious and toned and inspire you when you're in a cant be bothered mood.

You certainly feel a bit earthy here but the staff are really lovely and know the menu very well.

Its ace, the food is fresh and amazing and they change their menu alot so you are always able to chose something different. There are not many places that cater for veggies so this place is brilliant, i always think im being healthy here.

Worth a visit.
