I was unable to walk for longer than 5 mins, due to a serious back injury and I was recommeded so many different things. Then my consultant finally referred me to the team at Pilates Art - all physio's, and with their help I am now back RUNNING!!!! I honestly recommend this place to anyone with any sort of injury. The team are all brilliant physio's and make the experience so enjoyable as well as hugely beneficial. You will not reget this, they gave me my life back!
