However, they do the best take away wild mushroom salad available to humanity. I would walk across hot coals just for a sniff of it.

Coffee and desserts here are lovely. I've found these places great for lunch, especially with kids in tow. I was in here recently, in single-dad mode while the missus went off shopping, and managed to have a reasonable lunch and feed the kids without causing too much trouble. Staff were super helpful and friendly with the kids, so at this price point, these guys do really well.

My friend enjoied the poached monkfish in red wine with a parma ham crisp, lentils and crushed violet potatoes. Food is very good!! The restaurant is ok and staff is very helpful and polite.

All around me people were trying to flag down waiters and find out where their food was. The staff weren't apologetic either!

I was really narked that they automatically add 10% to your bill for service. As bad as some people are at tipping, this really ought to be discretionary.

I like Strada food, but in future if I'm eating out round here I'll go elsewhere - Carluccio's is pretty good.

We had dinner at the restaurant in Brunswick Centre and it was pretty mediocre. The wait for drinks was ridiculous and I ended up going and retrieving them from the bar after 15 minutes.

The food was up there with a ready meal, bland, dull and uninteresting. It tasted like it had dehydrated under the kitchen lights before being reheated in a microwave.

There is a fantastic Strada 30 yards away, you're better off there if you fancy Italian food.

The Strada is Brunswick Square is certainly the best Strada I've ever eaten at in my view. The staff are really friendly and service is prompt and efficient. It's also relatively inexpensive and you feel you get good value.

Recommended items on the menu - Aglio, Gamberoni, Spaghetti al Ragu or Linguine alla pescatora.
