The menu is long and complicated and the food is ok. The service isnt rushed and they seem very chilled. If you are not in a rush then this is an ok place to come. Nothing that special though.

Its on a slightly dingy street and nothing special to look at, but inside the food is really good, with the old favourites of puddings with butterscotch sauce and everything.

The place is all pomp and circumstance and will never struggle to get business just because of where it is. However, it could learn a few lessons about service to become a truly world class restaurant.

The Rules preserves the original Britain atmosphere (you can see it on the furniture, the wall painting and the paintings). The restaurant is specilized in fowl and meat.

Hidden underground its like you're onto something special for having found it!

Great chilled out venue with dimly lit sofas to relax in. feels like a speak easy with nooks and booths in the dark.

Very modern bar with good selection of cocktails, weekends its a dance venue and can get a bit crushed but during the week for food or a drink on a date its my favourite London bar

All of your favourite puddings are there as well as some traditional english entrees.

It's pure stodge, but worth every calorie.

Issue is that the the service and food just don't live up to the rest of the package..... always seems understaffed and slow, and the food, promising a lot in terms of descriptions has never added up for me.

Anyway - worth a wonder in just to see the vista!
