I am pretty sure it's all vegetarian, I have only ever seen tofu dishes and vegetables in different sauces, alongside noodles and spring rolls and the like. They are very friendly and quick to serve you. You pay for the box (I think it's £4) and fill it up buffet style with whatever you choose.
