<![CDATA[Greater London - Camden - Covent Garden - Shopping and Amenities - Confectioners - Reviews]]> http://www.welovelocal.com Reviews from welovelocal.com en Sweet as Candy http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/confectioners/cybercandy-the-sweet-shop-wc2h9jn.html#r35539 Ever wanted to try peanut butter M&Ms then you can here, its got all sorts of stuff that you usually only find abroad, or america. They have all the weird toffee twist things that i had in america, and its not that much more than a normal bar of chocolate. Certainly be high on E numbers after a visit here.

Sugar rush! http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/confectioners/cybercandy-the-sweet-shop-wc2h9jn.html#r17278 This shop is amazing, such a gem. This is the place you will find all the sweets, cakes and sugary drinks eaten and mentioned in US films and programmes that are cult across the pond but that are not stocked over here - find out what a twankie is, buy some kool aid and indulge in the sweets you've heard mentioned on TV but until now had little idea of what they were!

As well as US products, they also stock Japanese products, supersized Pez dispensers, Jellybean Factory sets and pick 'n' mix tower, space food (yes, actual space food) and edible bugs. It is so cool to see all these products in one shop - well worth a visit.

Sweet! http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/confectioners/cybercandy-wc2e9bf.html#r3689 I first found out about Cybercandy on the internet when looking for Lucky Charms cereal - and I was crazy enough to pay about £10 for a box! I thought if I came to the shop it would save me money but the prices are still rather extravagant considering most stuff is from America and it's very cheap over there anyway!

Besides that it's a great shop to visit for a few little treats, like nerds and vanilla Dr Pepper, as well as loads of Cadbury chocolate items they don't sell over here. But if you go in there thinking of buying people presents, don't think you'll come out with much money left!! :)

best candy shop http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/confectioners/cybercandy-wc2e9bf.html#r2077 i must say this is one classic shop, because they have sweets which aint avaliable to purchases in your corner shops like they use to have! Even though the prices on the sweets are very expensive people still tend to buy sweets from here. this shop sells sweets from america, japan, south africa, canada and few other places! i think it is great, that theres a shop like this around giving people the opportunity to try out different sweets! They even sell gift vouchers for 'cyber candy'!

Sweet, but expensive http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/confectioners/cybercandy-wc2e9bf.html#r1638 Cybercandy is technically a great sweet shop. It has sweeties, chocolates and drinks imported from America, Japan and Europe. For example, it's the only place in London to get Mountain Dew, the slightly popular green-coloured caffeinated citrus drink that was around in the 90s. I love this drink, but unfortunately, not everyone else did, which is why it went out of production.

The main problem with Cybercandy is the price. I know that they have to import things so I should expect some kind of mark up on the prices, but £1.10 for a can of Mountain Dew means I will only buy it on special occasions. £1.20 for a pack of Nerds too - I remember when they were 35p from Mr Patani's shop on my street when I was a kid. If they reduced their prices a bit, I'd buy more stuff here. As it is though, it's only stopping me from getting high blood sugar levels.
